Enamel is more delicate than silver. To keep your sorority signet ring looking its best, follow these care instructions:

CLEANING YOUR RING
Be Gentle: Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe your ring. This will help remove any dust or light grime without scratching the enamel.

Avoid Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the enamel. Instead, if needed, you can use a mild soap solution for deeper cleaning. If there are stubborn spots on the enamel, you can use a soft toothbrush dipped in a mixture of warm distilled water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Gently brush the area without applying too much pressure.

Isolate the enamel: If your ring has tarnished silver areas, use a silver polishing cloth to gently clean the silver parts. Be careful to avoid rubbing the enamel with the cloth.

GENERAL CARE TIPS
Avoid Impact: Enamel can chip or crack upon impact. Be careful where you wear your ring, avoiding activities that may cause it to hit hard surfaces. Remove your ring during activities like exercising, swimming, or cleaning to protect it from potential damage.

Store Safely: When you’re not wearing your ring, store it in a pouch or box to prevent scratches and damage from other jewelry.

Avoid Water: Try to avoid exposing your ring to water, as prolonged exposure can weaken the enamel over time.
